Warranty Policy

Grow Director offers a one-year limited warranty on all products sold by the company.

Warranty Conditions

1. It is the customer’s responsibility to prove the authenticity of the purchase, whose name is shown in the invoice.

2. As part of its warranty policy, Grow Director will replace any product that fails to function as intended under normal operation, when used according to the instructions in the user manual and for the purpose for which the product was designed.

3. It is not possible to assign or transfer the warranty.

4. There is no warranty coverage for installation, support, and instructions given to the user on how to use the software. For this reason, the buyer is entirely responsible for those issues.

Situations that void this Warranty Coverage

1. A copy of the purchase invoice is not presented by the customer.

2. The warranty period has expired.

3. There is no longer a serial number on the product or the serial number has been changed.

4. Any modification of the product specifications that has not been authorized by the manufacturer.

5. A product has been damaged by improper operation or use, by not following the instructions in the user manual, or by damage resulting from external sources.

6. In the event that the product is damaged during the shipping or transportation process.

7. Damage that occurred to a product by accident or loss was fire, voltage fluctuations, vandalism, water, sand insects, etc.

8. Natural disasters, such as earthquakes, floods, electric storms, and other acts of nature that cause damage to the product.
